Difference between Hanje Bricks Machine and other Brick Machine

No Need of Conveyor Belt

Every Automatic machine in the market has conveyor belt. Mixture of raw material produced in the mixture is carried by conveyor belt to the hopper to prepare brick. Hanje brick machine does not have conveyor belt, so you can save upto

Particular Price
Conveyor belt 1.25 Lakh
Shade Rs 1 lakh

Price 'Saved by Hanje Brick Machine' Rs 1.25 Lakh + Rs 1 lakh

The length of conveyor belt is about 20 ft. And length of mixture is 5 ft. For this one need 25 ft into 25 ftshade. It costs nearly 1 lakh. This amount is totally saved by our machine..

There is no maintenance as we don't have conveyor belt. In our machine, mixture prepared in mixer goes directly to stair hopper [ it's capacity is 500 kg] and is stored there. After this with the help of fider hopper the required material is put is dye.

1. Electricity instead of 20 to 30 HP only 10 HP.
2. 30 to 35% menpower is saved if brick sold directly to depot.
3. Due to double pump, electricity and diesel is saved.

Energy Saving Model
This machine runs on less HP. At present machines available in market runs on 2 0 to 30 HP electricity whereas hanje brick machine needs only 10 HP electricity. Therefore more than 50% electricity charges are saved
Man Power Saving
We can set up depot of this bricks. Bricks which are prepared should be kept on plywood for drying and then to set up depot needs 30 to 35% man power and its charges. Hanje brick does not need such type of process. As a result labour worker does not get more physical work and can work for long time
Saving in Electricity Bill and Diesel
Compared to market machine, Hanje Brick Machine work on very less electricity due to which electricity bill is saved. Hanje machine needs 1/3 diesel compared to other machines It's energy saving machine. It has double pump which enables to give more power in less HP. Using its double pump hydraulic pressure is produced through PCM, which saves electricity and diesel bill. It takes 5 to 6 unit electricity per hour and 1.5 litre diesel if the machine is running on disel engine. To save diesel, power tiler/tractors horizontal block pistels 15 hp diesel engine is fixed for this machine

Generator cost 4 lakhs

Direct 15 HP Diesel Engine 52,000/-

No Need of Generator
Mostly brick production business runs out skirt of industrial area. As a result there is no regular supply of electricity. If there is no, electricity worker will not have any work as a result the expense arises. To avoid this situation one has to buy a Generator. To load 20 to 30 HP, it needs generator of 35 kilowatt. To purchase new generator it needs rupees 2 lakh. Hanje brick machine has attached direct power tiler or tractor diesel machine which gives speed to hydraulic pressure and PAN mixer. So instead of generator it gives good speed in just rupees 52000.

Price of Generator : 35 kilowatt
For Market Machine : Rs 4 lakh
For hanje brick machine : Rs. 52000

No Need of Plywood Rs. 3 lakh saving in project.

Plywood Investment
Other machines : 3.00 lakh 5 thousand
Hanje Eat Machine :5 thousand
No Need of Plywood
Bricks produced by Hanje brick machine is suitable to keep in depot directly. The bricks that are prepared in one stroke need only 20 to 25plywoods, whereas bricks produced in other machines needs 1500 to 2000 plywood. For this it need investment of Rs 2 lakh to 3 lakhs. Bricks prepared in other machine are kept on plywood. Due to hydraulic pressure the plywoods may get damaged and need to be change, as a result more expense and more investment. Such extra maintenance is not needed for Hanje brick machines.
No Need of Foundation
Hanje brick machine has more weight and it has exactly balanced while preparing. So they there's no need of foundation. One can shift this machine easily at any place and can start the production. Saving of shade and place
Shed or Area savings

Direct 15 HP Diesel Engine 52,000/-

Saving of Place
Hanje brick machine does not have conveyor belt which save nearly 750 square ft shade. It does not require plywood to dry bricks, so we can save two to 3 thousand squareft place
Production Capacity
Hanjebrick machine produces five bricks at a time. If we calculate 15 seconds one round then in one minute 20 bricks and in 1 hour 1200 bricks will be produced. After 25 to 30% deduction also in 8 hours shift 700 bricks will be produced. Production capacity depends upon labours capacity, raw material, size of bricks etc.
Maintenance
Hanjebrick machine is one of the innovative Machine. It's spare parts are available easily. The machine has used spare parts which are also used in tracks , tractor so spare parts are easily available you can maintain it yourself.

Free spare parts upto 1 years

Free Spare Parts Upto 3 years
Hanje brick machines spare parts are given free upto3 years. Except dye, Rubber parts and diesel engine Customer has to bear the expense of mechanics traveling, lodging and rupees 1200 charges per day.
Hydrolic oil
Machine sold in market never apply hydraulic oil in their machine. Hanje brick machine applies hydraulic oil which saves customers expense up to 15000.
Extra parts
Hanje brick machine has 15 HP diesel engine of tractor or fitter. This power fitter says that this diesel engine is for agriculture purpose and it is used for industrial purpose. So they do not give us one year warranty instead they give us over all engines all spare parts which we give to our customer. We also give parts like hosage, orings and any other regular parts to our customer freely.
Resale value
Since last 20 years hanje brick machine is in market. It has name in market. So this machine has good resale value
Unskilled Labour Can Handle The Machine.
Labour- The specialty of this machine is any unskilled or untrainedlabour can run this machine. It takes hardly 30 minutes to learn to operate this machine. Only 5 to 6 labours can give 100% production. At time 2 to 3 workers also can run the machine the only thing is that you will get less production.
Dye in less price
Machines which are available in market can produce 8 to 10 bricks in one stroke. The dye price cost rupees 1 lakh but dye price of Hanje group machine is just rupees 22000 so one can save money on dye also.

Brick is a heart of house construction. House can not be construct without brick. When a wall constructing a mixture of sand and cement has filling in between two bricks A wall making by structuring bricks on one another After completing a wall, the coating work will be done by a mixture of sand and cement.

Now we can eject these things easily. The 'Interlocking Bricks' are created for cheap and best construction in the world. Now this technique is using in 40 countries in the world. There is edge bar to every brick, therefore, if you place brick on one another the wall will stand. In between bricks the mixture of cement and sand to be not fulfill for us. When we manufacture the brick, by giving 10 thousand to 15 thousand Kg.Hydraulic pressure the over all part of the brick makes to be plain and polishing. Therefore we do not make to be coating At the same time making corner edge to be flat to the brick, construction seems to be get up. In this brick construction saves sand and cement, similarly reduces construction salary and construction completes so fast.

Worlds cheap and best home construction Technique towerds you now...

We have seeing the construction made by soil in Egypt since 2000 B.C. At the beginning of 19th century, the bricks manufacturing by press technique method by confirming the properties of soil and absorption capacity of water was started in Europe: In 1950, the technique of hand molded sundried bricks were developed in Housing Research Programme, in Colombia After 1950 their practical was made in Europe. South America, Russia countries.

In related time, from 1960, started research about Interlocking Bricks in Thailand, Malaysia and Philippines Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technical Research (TISTR) Bangkok, developed the technique of creating bricks by soil and cement First theoretical based house of interlocking bricks in 1984 was constructed by The Asian Institute of Technology and TISTR Hence the interlocking bricks introduced to world and these bricks have been making favourite.

By using top most level technique, from 1986 to 1990 Post Graduate Centre Human Settlement of Catholic University of Belgium construction goes fast produced interlocking bricks.
Today, in India, it seems to be the bricks transporting to the big cities But this brick manufacturing machine price is 10 to 12 lacs, hence in small Cities and small industrialists can not move towards brick production industry. By taking this fact in mind, by making new and new tests, as cheaper and cheaper to small industrialists, in possibility lowest price we manufactured Brick Production Machine.

Use of Wastage Row Material

The rough material for manufacturing bricks
Soil, stone dust. fly ash, bottom ash, foundry, waste sand, waste limestone exhaustedby sugar factory, paper factory, waste gypsum, brick firm, pith. Also, materials attached to local orhome construction land. Similarly using 80 to 90%about 10 to 15% waste materials may produce bricks.

Fly Ash : In India the electricity produced by using 72% of coal There has been exhausting 95 million ton of ash, we use only 5% of this ash only The remained ash flows always. This ash is donated freely.

Lime: From the sugar factory, paper mill soda ash factory, similarly chemical factories, we get the unused lime. In Maharashtra, there are 140 sugar factories Many factories using lime is flowing as waste: This lime is of low price. This lime never used even today We may use that lime in the manufacture of bricks There are small and big lime projects in many districts. There is also present a waste lime in large amount

Stone Dust/Threads: We may manufacture a well shaped interlocking brick by using stone dust/thread in low cement than hallow or solid block. The large amount of stone dust falling when stone crushing in a machine, which we may use in brick manufacture

Foundry Industry In Maharashtra, there are many foundry industries. By these industries.large amount of coal is used to melt iron, steel. In this project.the coal and lime are used to melting and purifying the steel The large amount of slag exhausted by these industries. A slag means, the mixture of coal ash and limestone They are substances same as present in cement By using it we may manufacture bricks with saving large amount of cement.

Soil: Soil bricks are also be made by our machine.which would not be burn. By making a powder of best type of soil, to make bricks Where there building construction work is, there may be manufacture the bricks by using the soil of that land area, by using best technique Here, when bricks manufacture take the soil from 2 feet in the ground. Similarly, check the adhesive of soil and sand and stone amount The soil to be filter through 15 sq.cm filter There from may be use 5% cement.

Burned bricks pieces: Burned bricks pieces similarly burnt. They are one type of natural cement. Using them, bricks may be manufactured in presence of low cement This brick seems to be low weight and of the colour reddish.

Old material: Once if building falls, bricks may be produced by using rough material again. Here brick pieces, polish, soil slab rods waste products are used to be manufacture bricks again. Other than this, using much more and more cheap rated rough materials, the technique of manufacturing bricks may be modify in this mainly ash of rice grain, tile polished clay, red faeces from aluminium factory, waste soil phosphogypsum of chemical fertilizer factory. others around us so many possibilities may used to that be produce bricks. We may manufacture bricks, that we may use different formulations by our experience.

Now manufacture the strong bricks without cement
The price of cement increasing day after day We have been using cement in large amount by automatically as ready it now. The substances of cement are limestone coal and gypsum. By using coal giving particular amount of heat to limestone and gypsum to form cement. Today these substances seems to be waste form and large amount. Using these substances we may market save large amount of cement and produce bricks for building works Today ash of thermal electricity projects remains fall and there are.

Industrial facility In the world, wherever you go, there is a chance to place bricks industry. In the machines that we manufactured we can produce, which we want the shaped the brick by changing the dye. For this industrial job there is stock of local material, using them we manufacture and sale the bricks in the market, because of local rough materials and local selling system is present, it is not dependent of us on others. As per our investment and land. There are different sources of industries.

Buing a brick manufacturing machine In this other than pan mixer by hand mixing material you may produce bricks by making material by hand mixer There will be reduce the production of bricks. After setting with pan mixer production may be increasing.

Bricks production at the place of building construction Our machine is simplified by on diesel engine also. The production of bricks may be done by moving at the place of building construction. We can reduce 20% of debit of bricks and transportation. We can manufacture these bricks on labour charge at the place of big construction.

Production of bricks under one roof If we have land water and electricity, we may produce bricks with our unit at one place and sale in market.

Bricks sale centre Brick is applicable material for construction Where there are no bricks manufacturer, there we start the selling centres by the help of our other brick manufacturers In future, after claims the industry may start the brick production centre. sExcept this, there is chance to job work in soil brick manufacturer, tractor owner, stone crusher, transportor, constructor, educated non-labourer.

Standard of Hanje paper bag machine

We cannot fully trust paper bag machine standard which are available in market today. Due to more or less faults many of these machines are not working properly. As they are very few producers of paper bag machine, their behavior towards customer is not satisfactory. It can be observed by following examples -

1. For booking machine, they ask 50% advance which means rupees 2 to 4 lakh to be given as advance,if in any case the machine is cancelled, they will not return the advance, this condition is totally wrong. The manufacturer can sell it to other customer too as all machines are same, then why this condition? Hanje paper bag ask only 10% advance for machine. Company allows the customer to work on the machine for 5 days, if the customer satisfies with it, then it sells it,or else it returns all its advance

2. Other company ask 2 percentage godown rent if the machine is not delivered on time, which means if the machine cost rupees 7 lakh then one has to pay rupees 14000 rent.

3. Other company ask Rs.50000 for training and installation charges

4. For repairing machine they ask rupees 2500 mechanical charges per day where asHanje paper bag machine charges rupees 1200 per day.

Working capital

Paper, gum, place rent, labour charges, light bill includes under working capital. If the manufacturer is retailer, he need less than rupees 1 lakh as working capital. If the manufacturer is wholesaler, he needs rupees 2 to 3 lakh as working capital.

Labour:- 1 skilled & 2. Unskilled :- Total 3 workers. (Men / Women)

Guarantee of 100% results [Money return policy]

Training is given on the same machine that you are purchasing. By this one will come to know how the machine works, is there any defect in it, about production speed etc with this one will understand its standard. After the training if the customaris satisfied with the machine, then only it is sold to the customers or else Hanje company returns its full advance.

Plot required for workplace

Length 4 to 12 inch Length 7 to 18 inch Length 8 to 28 inch

Important Note - Some manufacturer shows the breath and length of a bag based on M.M./C.M. of machine. It may go wrong. It's good to check the size of the machine and the bags produced in it. If we see the size of the bag we can see that if we select Large machine, we can produce Grocery bag & also shopping bag too. Thus we can get more turnover and profit too. We can concentrate on one business only, like selling shopping bags

Meaning of VFD
At the beginning to keep the machine speed high or low a clutch was used, but it was not giving the exact speed that you needed. Hanje paper bag machine has a fixed VFD (variable frequency drive) through which you can adjust it's speed without any wastage.

4. Plates are used to increase the breath of a bag while gear is used to increase the length of a bag.

There is no foundation for paper bag machine. Only machine tube level is important.
Square bottom
Bags are of two types: square bottom and v bottom. Square bottom is used for preparing shopping bags. Many paper bag manufacturers along with machine paste square bottom, handling bags picture which is totally mis understand.
Production of square bottom paper bag, printing and handle pasting automatic machine is not available in India. China produces such machines which ranges between 80 lakh to 2 crores.
In Hanje paper bag, paper tube, cutting and printing facilities is available. We have to do bottom paste manually even handle paste we have to do manually for it we need the following machinery.

If we assume that one person uses one paper bag then behind 30000 people we need one paper bag machine. Though there are not strong steps on the ban of plastic, peoples demand over paper bag is more. When you are starting your business, just study the nearby city market. One grocery shopkeeper uses 2 KG paper bag per day. If we have such 200 shopkeepers, our business will definitely get a profit. We can sell 10 tons of paper bags per month ! When we Sell our product to the shopkeeper directly we can earn a good profit. If we get rupees 10 to 15 profit per kg we can earn rupees 1.5 to 2 lakh in a month.

About shade
Shade can be simply of iron sheet, but it should have more height. It should be packable during the rainy season and airy during the summer season.
Machine installation
Before selling paper bag machine, Hanjecompany gives 10 days training to the customer on the same machine which he is buying,so he can install his own machine. If any customers need technician to install the machine then he has to pay 5000 + travelling and food expense of that technician.
Counting of the product
Paper bag machine has electronic counting machine which displays the number of product on display. One can understand the number of paper bag produce in a day when one knows the count of per kg. One can easily understand how many kg of paper bags have been produced.
Effect of weather
There are effects of different seasons on paper bag. As you know paper is soft material. During rainy season it may become more wet due to which it doesn't pass properly. It affects production. During summer season paper turns hard and can break. That's why for the paper bag production suitable environment is necessary.
Is there any need of training?
Around 30 to 40 years ago plastic bags came in the market. It's easy packing and handling made it favourite in no time and the use of paper bags was outdated. Due to its harmful effect on environment, there arose a question of plastic use and paper bag replaced plastic bag.
Since 30 to 40 years, there is no demand for paper bags which lead the stoppage of paper bag business, it totally collapsed. People sold it to the scrap merchant, very less people knew about it.
At present where the machines are available, nearly 50 to 60% machines are stopped due to lack of operation. If anyone wants to start this machine again it takes them nearly 6 to 7 months to learn about it.
Today we can easily get printing press owner, computer operator, turner, fitter, welder, driver etc, but we won't get paper bag machine operator easily.
Gujarat government has started 6 months course for paper bag making. This subject is very vast and it needs training.
Due to this training various information is given like GSM of paper, how to check its BF, handling of paper, how to handle and maintain the machine ,how to prepare different sizes of bags etc.
How to prepare medical pouch?
Mostly every medical store uses paper bags only as it is convenient for them to write about the details of medicine intake.Mostly this papers are used from scrape paper, which has one side blank. Out of 1 kg paper 1000 to 1500 bags are prepared. If any medical store needs 4000 to 5000 paper bags which means it needs 4 kg paper per month. This medical pouch should be given in nearby shops which means expense of distribution. If machine runs whole day one can produce 20 to 25 kg medical pouch. It cost more labour less turn over & no more extra profit. So before preparing one should think whether one can get profit or no.
Investment return period
Due to ban on plastic, paper bag has great demand today. There is much difference between the demand and supply which is likely to give more profit. Whatever money we have investing, it will return within 4 to 6 months if this business runs regularly. When Xerox machine introduced in the market, it had high rates. One copy of Xerox was for rupees 3. At present we get one Xerox copy even for 50 paisa. Color photo was for rupees 25 which is at present we get for rupees 3 only. Today Rs.25 per kg paper rate with Rs.5 conversion charge, we get paper bags for rupees 30 per kg which is sold in the market at the rate of 55 to 60 rupees per kg which is more profitable.
